For smaller and simpler projects, in order to minimize your costs, Access can prepare a simple scope of work document, obtain quotations from pre-approved contractors, monitor the work (as needed) and issue close-out documentation.  Ultimately our goal is to tailor our services to suit your needs, nothing more...and all for a fair price.
